MCS Coca-Cola LLC became Coca-Cola’s authorized bottler in Mongolia in September 2001, helping the local market integrate with modern industry standards. Its parent company, MCS Group, was founded in 1993, starting with energy consulting. Today, it operates across multiple sectors, and its subsidiaries play a significant role in Mongolia’s economic growth.
To expand into new categories such as iced tea and juice, MCS Coca-Cola urgently needed highly efficient and stable steam boilers to support production. Because these new products require stringent temperature control, the stability of the steam boilers directly impacts product quality.
After three WNS series gas-fired steam boilers were installed, they delivered outstanding real-world performance in MCS Coca-Cola’s production. The burner atomizes the fuel for full combustion in the corrugated furnace, and the three-pass design ensures thorough heat utilization, significantly boosting thermal efficiency and effectively reducing fuel consumption. An intelligent control system precisely adjusts operating parameters, while 24/7 water level and pressure monitoring ensure stable and safe boiler operation.
