Introduction
The DZH horizontal biomass steam boiler is a horizontal three-pass fire-water tube hybrid boiler equipped with threaded smoke tubes inside the drum. Both left and right sides of the furnace are fitted with bare-tube water walls. It utilizes a lightweight moving grate with manual feeding and is equipped with forced-draft (FD) and induced-draft (ID) fans for mechanical ventilation. The furnace features energy-efficient arch technology at both front and rear sections. Fuel is fed onto the grate and combusted in the furnace, after which flames are deflected upward by the rear arch, pass through the burnout chambers on both sides, redirect to the front smoke box, then return through the in-drum tube bundle toward the rear smoke box. The flue gas subsequently enters the economizer and is ultimately extracted by the ID fan through the ductwork and chimney for atmospheric release.
Advantages
Compatible with biomass pellets, rice husks, wood chips, corn cobs, sawdust etc.
Optimized Design: Efficient heat transfer with strategically placed components and threaded smoke tubes
Advanced controls automate fuel supply, ash removal, and slag discharge
Compact structure, quick installation, shorter cycle, less infrastructure investment
